Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our diving equipment as we stand behind every diver who trusts our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our streamlined return process:
Return Policy Overview
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Required (order number or receipt)
- Shipping Costs: Customer responsible for return shipping
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without an RMA – they cannot be processed.
3. Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging. For BCDs, dive bags, or other large equipment, we recommend using protective padding. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Processing Your Return
Once received, our team will inspect your items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Customers: Refunds may take additional 3-5 days to appear in your account
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges follow the same shipping options as original orders
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened dive computer batteries
- Used drysuit repair materials
- Completed servicing (BCD Servicing, Dive Cylinder Servicing)
- Eco-friendly products with broken seals
- Custom or special order items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your diving gear arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Choose replacement or refund
